Dual Purpose
An unconventional list of ingredients used in small doses come together to form unique flavors. In collaboration with Purpose Brewing, we used leeks in the mash, tomato and chamomile in the kettle/whirlpool, then added sundried tomato and Urfa biber in the tank after fermentation. Urfa biber is a Hungarian pepper that is smoky and tastes like dried fruit.
